摘要
In this report, a nitrogen heterocyclic polycarboxylic acid organic ligand H3L {H3L=4-({bis[(4-carboxyphenyl)amino]-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl}methyl)benzoic acid} was used to assemble the metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) utilizing transition metal Zn(II) and alkaline earth metal Sr(II) via the solvothermal reaction. Fortunately, two novel 3-dimensional MOFs namely: [Sr-3(L)(2)(DMA)(6)] (1) and {[Zn-3(L)(2)(MeOH)(2)]center dot 2(NMA)} (2) [DMA = N, N-dimethylacetamide; NMA = N-methylformamide] have been successfully synthesized and fully characterized. To enhance the nutrition absorbance in elderly tumor patients, the relative expression of the glucose transporter in intestinal epithelial cells after compound treatment was determined with real time RT-PCR. Next, the content of total protein and albumin in the plasma was further measured with biochemical analysis.
