摘要
Social-local-mobile (SoLoMo) service integrates social network services and location-based services via mobile devices to fulfill user requirements. However, while using SoLoMo services, users need to disclose personal information. The potential consequences to the users, when such sensitive information is exposed in different scenarios, are ambiguous. In this study, privacy regulation theory and multidimensional developmental theory of privacy were applied, and scenario-based experiments were conducted to understand the users' trust, service quality, and privacy concerns. The results reveal that the experiences of victims of privacy leaks or social embarrassment would lead to decreased trust and service quality, and heighten privacy concerns.
