摘要：

The story of acquired human immunodeficiency syndrome began in 1981, when the first cases were identified. Forty years later, triple therapy has made it possible to control the human immunodeficiency virus infection, but patients remain infected for life. It is imperative to prevent, to detect early and to propose new therapeutic schemes. (C) 2022 Elsevier Masson SAS.All rights reserved
