Physical properties in layered transition-metal oxide crystals and anisotropic transport measurement

摘要
Two kinds of measurement methods are applied to study the systematic transport property of both Bi2-xPbxSr2Co2Oy single crystals with various Pb content and Bi2Sr2CaCu2Oy single crystals with various oxygen content. The completely different anisotropic transport properties are observed in both Bi2-xPbxSr2Co2Oy and Bi2Sr2CaCu2Oy crystals. The result is discussed.
