摘要
With the transfer of government functions and the development of market economy, the intelligence system is being gradually transferred from the previous pure intelligence research to a competitive intelligence consulting services. Guided by "The independent innovation is regarded as the core technology development strategy and as the key to improve the comprehensive competitiveness" and "Developing High-tech industries", enterprises need the government's support in technology research and market competition, particularly in High-tech pillar industries related to the national economy and the people's livelihood. It puts forward higher requirements on our competitive intelligence work, and our necessary responsibility is to provide the competitive intelligence services between government and enterprises.
