摘要：
Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in China accounted for the vast majority of companies, as China's economic development and labor to make a great contribution to employment. However, small and medium enterprises are subject to shortage of funds and profit-seeking, intellectual property protection for SMEs faces many problems, which restrict the sustainable development of SMEs. Government, industry associations and enterprises themselves should take measures to enhance IPR protection for SMEs.
