Efficient schemes for adaptive optics in high-resolution microscopy

摘要
Specimen-induced aberrations frequently affect image quality in high-resolution microscopes. We develop efficient adaptive optical schemes to correct aberrations in confocal, multiphoton and harmonic generation microscopes. Image resolution and contrast is improved with minimal specimen exposure. (C) 2009 Optical Society of America
