Multi-mode logistics optimization in slab yard of steel plant based on simulation

摘要
In order to suit multivariate market, Steel plants are forced to organize multi-mode production, which makes the production logistics in plants becoming more complex. This made the slab-yard becoming very important in steel production, orienting to a new steel plant, simulation technology is used in slab-yard. First, the simulation target is made. Then simulation models under different production modes are set up, Simulation and analysis are carried out based on simulation models. Finally, the optimal management approach is carried out before the real production. Therefore, the loss of wrong decisions can be avoided.
