摘要
INFLUENCE OF LEARNING ORIENTATION AND INNOVATIVENESS ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE: EVIDENCE FROM SME SECTOR OF PAKISTAN This paper investigates the effects of learning orientation on organizational innovation and performance in the SME context. This is an investigative study based on primary data collected from SME in Pakistan. The structural equation model (SEM) approach is adopted to examine the data. This research documents the significant influence of learning orientation on organizational innovativeness and performance. The study provides useful information for decision makers and future researchers.
