摘要：
Kolorektale Karzinome gehoren in Europa zu den fuhrenden Ursachen fur die tumorbedingte Morbiditat und Mortalitat. Steigende Inzidenzen und therapeutische Innovationen haben zu einem relevanten Kostenanstieg gefuhrt. Die populationsbasierte Studie zu den Ausgaben ergab erhebliche Unterschiede innerhalb Europas und zeigt vor allem eines: Teure und moderne Medikamente reichen fur bessere Ergebnisse allein nicht aus.
