Stochastic Optimal Scheduling of Rural Integrated Energy System Considering the Uncertainty of Wind-Solar-Load Power

摘要
In the context of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" target and further promotion of the rural revitalization strategy, the efficient and environmentally friendly energy use in rural areas has attracted widespread attention. Therefore, this paper studies the optimal operation of rural parks. Firstly, the steady-state models of rural park such as biomass combined heat and power, ground-source heat pump and other multi-energy devices are established. In order to reduce the influence brought by the uncertainty of wind-solar-load power, the output models of wind-solar-load power considering the prediction error are established and a scenario optimal method is proposed. Then, the stochastic optimization model of the rural integrated energy system is constructed with the objective function of maximizing the expected revenue of park operators in multiple scenarios. Finally, a rural park in Shanghai is taken as an example and the result shows that the scenario optimization method considering the uncertainty of wind-solar-load power increases daily revenue of the rural park operator by 441.4 yuan compared with the worst case without scenario optimization, which proves that the scheme can effectively improve the revenue of rural park operators.
