摘要：
Because at present the logistics management talent cultivation cannot adapt to the social economic environment change, it's no time to delay to cultivate the creative ability of logistics management academician. Based on logistics management professional college students' innovative ability, introduces some experiences and understanding in teaching the "logistics technology and logistics equipment" course in this paper. These are very beneficial to arouse students' interests and enthusiasm, improve students' innovative ability.
