摘要：

Logistics management professional senior talents in China is lack of Pan-, university is an important base for training top logistics talent. Based on the surveyed of graduated logistics management students and the needs of corporate for professional logistics management, I put forward logistics management teaching reform measures to improve the quality of University teaching of logistics management talent.
