摘要：
With the rapid development of the economy and society, the management of enterprise requires people-oriented enterprise management. Therefore, leaders of enterprises have to change their minds and improve themselves to have not only good moral character but also the ability to manage the enterprise well. With the further development of the enterprise, the leaders should improve their qualities continuously in order to meet new challenges brought by the new environment.
