摘要：
After a period of stagnation, a moderate growth of the PVC market in Western Europe is forecast at last. Recent technical developments focused on the optimization of the production and processing of the polymer in the view of economic and environmental issues. The latter has the goal to help making the ongoing public discussion more objective.
