摘要：
Ambulation is a primary goal of most children and adolescents with spinal cord injuries (SCI). However, the vast majority of these patients who attempt to walk will have limited success. This paper will review the natural history of ambulation in the pediatric SCI population and discuss the various options and new interventions available. Preliminary results will be presented on gait studies performed on 15 children and adolescents with SCI.
