摘要
The article presents results from a qualitative study aiming to identify essential factors of individual job satisfaction from statements provided by kindergarten teachers. Interviews were used as an instrument to obtain the data. The results were categorized according to main qualities, namely total and partial job satisfaction, job dissatisfaction; external or internal; satisfaction at work, satisfaction with work, and the categories of factors and aspects. Subjective and objective work-related subfactors were also identified. Job content, working hours, management style, organisation, changes in children's meals, salary, length, and timing of leave, support in staff training, and working conditions were identified as essential job satisfaction factors. A significant factor of dissatisfaction at work and with work is the removal of the economic self-sufficiency of kindergartens, which is linked to several other dissatisfaction factors, such as teachers' remuneration and the lack of funding for kindergartens. Conclusion: This is the first research with the first results.
