摘要
A homogeneous aqueous precursor solution for potassium lithium niobate films was prepared by the dissolution of alkoxide-derived lithium niobium hydroxide precipitates into aqueous potassium hydroxide. The crystallization and microstructure of the potassium lithium niobate films could be controlled through the heating process. Rapid heating and tooling in the heating schedule was effective in controlling the crystallographic orientation and grain growth in the films. Highly preferred oriented tetragonal crystalline potassium lithium niobate films could be synthesized on MgO(100) substrates with heating at 700 degrees C.
