摘要
This paper presents the multicriterial approach to the selection of central heating systems. It is a result of analysis of the existing residential building and a desire to improve its energy efficiency during the reconstruction. The building was built at the time when no attention was given to thermal protection. It was necessary to reduce energy consumption, determine the influential factors and their contribution to total energy demand. A qualitative substitution of the building elements and additional insulation of the desired thickness and quality were defined. The proposed intervention leads to increased energy efficiency of the building. The aim of this paper is to make the selection of central heating systems based on evaluation and comparison of alternatives. For this purpose, a system of criteria is established by which a comprehensive and objective evaluation of alternative solutions can be made in order to use the method of multi ranking, for the selection of the best solution. A system of criteria is formed that allows the best structuring of the problem of choosing the most favorable project.
