摘要
A survey addressing the specific selection criteria used by postdoctoral fellowship programs in clinical neuropsychology was mailed to the 64 programs listed in The Clinical Neuropsychologist (Cripe, 1995). A total of 50 replies were received, yielding a response rate of 78%. Data suggest that the live most important selection criteria are (I) general clinical experience, (2) formal interview, (3) experience with neuropsychological assessment, (4) familiarity with the applicant's supervisor and informal contacts, and (5) experience with intelligence measures. Preferences of approach to assessment, degree type, and degree specialty were also identified.
