摘要：
Information resources' sharing is a quite complicated problem in " digital basin ", which involves many kinds of obstacles, and is difficult to solve in one step. In this text the topic is on how to build up an open, multi-level information resources sharing mechanism. A open model of network levels is put forward to support the realization of information resource sharing in the basin step by step in different level respectively, which is composed of the basic level of information sharing, the intermediary level of information sharing, the service level of information sharing and the grid platform level of information sharing. In this mechanism, each level can not only offer information sharing in a certain level respectively, but also offer support to the realization of the upper level. They forms an organic whole.
