摘要
At present, for verifying a braking power of rolling stock series of stationary and running slip brake tests are performed. These tests carried out according to the normative and legislative documents guarantee functionality of brake systems. The possibility of use of a computed simulation also exist and it can possibly increase the efficiency of a developent of brake equipment or even extend or simplify the approval process of a vehicle. As a part of a bachelor thesis solved at the Faculty of Transport Engineering of the University of Pardubice a computational tool was developed for enable inspecting possibilities of use of a computed simulation within running slip brake tests. This tool implements a mathematic model of a freight wagon and their brake equipment. The essential part of this model is mainly mathematic description of a coefficient of friction between a friction lining. Is shown, the coefficient of friction significantly influences results of the simulation. The model was put under a validation on a basis of results generated by performed test of three container freight wagons. Thus is shown, this model provides sufficiently reliable results as the model inputs are sufficiently precise, mainly the coefficient of friction. Moreover processed sensitivity analysis provides a quantification of an influence of the input parameters and shows the efficiency of a brake power transfer and the parameters of an aerodynamic drag have significant influence on simulation results.
