摘要
CIRCUIT TRAINING CAN BE A SAFE AND BENEFICIAL PROGRAM FOR ADULTS WITH A TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY. TO PRODUCE DESIRED BENEFITS, CIRCUIT PROGRAMS SHOULD BE PERFORMED 3 TIMES PER WEEK AND INCORPORATE FLEXIBILITY, AEROBIC, AND STRENGTH TRAINING COMPONENTS.
