Focusing grating on the concave surface of an optical waveguide

摘要
The aberrational characteristics of a concave diffraction grating for integrated optics have been studied. The quasi-stigmatic region of such gratings is significantly wider than that of corresponding flat gratings. The results of calculations for a radiation-output device based on the proposed grating are given. (C) 1996 The Optical Society of America.
