Critical phenomena in water-salt systems

摘要
The experimental data on critical phenomena in water-salt systems are generalized. In these systems, water plays the role of the more volatile component, and salt solid phases are stable to supercritical temperatures. The classification of the main types of complete phase diagrams, which describe all phase states of a substance in wide temperature and pressure ranges, is presented. Apart from an analysis of the experimental data, some theoretical models that are: used to describe high-temperature aqueous solutions of electrolytes are considered.
