摘要
The article addresses the development of research competencies in the training of students for the preparation of thesis and pedagogical proposals for degree purposes. The study carried out in the period 2017-2018, analyses the institutional, political-union, pedagogical and methodological contexts, factors that affect the training process of the bachelor's degree in Language and Culture of Intercultural University of Chiapas and bachelor's degree in Education Preschool and Primary for Indigenous Environment of Unit 071 of the National Pedagogical University, in Chiapas. The research takes up ethnography in a sample of 67 students. Among the findings, it was found that the adverse conditions in the political-union, pedagogical, budgetary and legal organization do not favor the realization of collegial work for research. The resulting reflection evidences challenges of political governability and legal recognition to promote the production of intercultural knowledge in both universities.
