摘要：
The standard sample space and the nonstandard sample space which is separately composed by standard sample and the nonstandard sample are called general sample space. QoS parameters of grid services and service matchmaking are discussed. On the basis of the ability of service providers, by Algorithm Prim, this method succeeds in calculating a set of balanced expectation values of QoS. its application on the development of intelligent controller was discussed.
