Comparison of ground-based and satellite measurements of ultraviolet radiation exposures near the ground

摘要
A comparison was made for the Central European region of Russia. It has been found that the difference between "satellite" and ground-based measurements depends on a cloud amount at the local noon, contains a periodic component and an annual trend.
