摘要：
Poor exchange of civil-military technology and information has become a problem of development within technology transfer process. The break of barriers in military and civilian technology transfer directly related to the development and reform of the civil-military integration. As knowledge flow of information in various fields of military is suitable for civil-military integration, the knowledge flow model is analyzed to establish a new knowledge-based stream civil-military technology transfer platform. The operation mechanism of the platform is presented.
