A research on the learning model of virtual project-based enterprise

The study on learning model of different organization is a hot issue recently. Traditionally, scholars pay more attention to the internal learning mechanism of organizations. But at the big trend of global competition and operation, inter-organization learning has become increasingly important in organizational innovation, especially in transnational corporations, st rategic alliances and virtual organizations Many scholars have already noted the inter-organizational learning and expended the organizational learning models to the external organizat ions, and some academics have also started to study the issue of virtual organizations learning process. However, the study of virtual organization learning is still at the fledgling stage. At present, there is still no widely used virtual learning model which can be used in, various virtual organizations. Therefore, this research starts from the features of a. Virtual Project-based Enterprise (VPE), and then study the teaming model of VPE on the basis of the theories and practices of many other scholars. The work makes some sense in theoretical guidance. However, there is no specific experiential research to confirm the correctness of the model. The,farther work will focus on it.
