摘要：
School-based training of college counselors, as a continuing education activity for quality development and working ability improvement to counselors, has its intrinsic component elements and operation mechanism. No scientific school-based training system construction can avoid building and establishing training subjects, analyzing and evaluating training objects, setting scientific training contents, developing actively training methods and creating a good training environment.
