摘要
We describe a patient who suffered from chronic progressive granulomatous lung disease. He had no clinical or microbiological evidence of infection. After failure of treatment with interferon-gamma and trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, he responded dramatically to orticosteroids. (C) 2001 Wiley-Liss, inc.
