摘要
The microwave enhanced-sorption of dyes such as Neutral Red S-BR, Neutral Dark Yellow GL and Neutral brilliant blue GL on cation-organobentonites from water was investigated. The optimal conditions for sorption of dyes to organobentonites from water by microwave-assisted irradiation were studied. As a result, the optimal condition is that consumption of CPC-organobentonites is 50 mg/50 mL, input energy of microwave reactor is 1680 J/mL, and the concentration of dye is 25 mg/L. Contrast to conventional sorption method, the removal rates of neutral dyes from wastewater are increased 30.21%-54.99%, the sorption capacities of organobentonites are increased approximately 90% by using CPC-organobentonite with microwave assistant. Sorption enhancement of dyes from water by microwave has high removal rate, save time and energy greatly. The very high removal rates of the various dyes by CPC-organobentonites with MWI from water reported here may have important implication for the application of microwave in dyes wastewater treatment.
