摘要：
By analyzing the main factor of affecting the real estate market demand and mechanism, the paper has established a real estate demand-analyzing model founded on the base of the gray theory to demonstrate the factors affecting the real estate market of Harbin city and finally finds which factor is the most important or less important. And on this basis, countermeasures are proposed to perfect market demand and to promote the normal operation of the Harbin real estate market.
