摘要：
Sol-gel method has been adopted to synthesize CuFeO2 powder. Precursor solutions and heat treatment conditions were studied using thermal analysis and XRD. Pure CuFeO2 was obtained using the prepared sot-gel precursor that heat treated at 950 degrees C for 5 h under nitrogen atmosphere.
