The application of artificial neural network in the optimization of metabolic network

摘要
The metabolic network is result of nature in a long time evolution. As a parallel, nonlinear and dynamic system, it is very difficult to optimize it by quantitative mathematic model, while the ANN is effective to it. In this paper, the feasibility of using ANN in optimization of complex metabolic network was discussed firstly, later the ANN and BP were introduced in detail, lastly the mathematic analysis was showed. Besides, the shortage and amelioration advice of this system was proposed.
