However, at the onset of the clinical manifestations as well as during the subsequent course of the disease also other non-motor symptoms develop - in particular vegetative, psychic, sensitive and sensory symptoms. Sensitive manifestations at the onset of Parkinson's disease include in particular pain, paraesthesias, dysesthesias, sensations of internal tremor, alternating sensations of cold and heat. The prevalence of sensitive symptoms at the onset of the disease is 0.5-2 %. In developed stages of Parkinson's disease in addition to the above symptoms also disorders of sensitive perception, impaired tactile discrimination, akathisia, restless legs syndrome develop, The prevalence of sensitive symptoms in developed stages of Parkinson's disease is 33-50 %. Possible treatment of sensitive symptoms are adjustment of existing dopaminergic therapy, administration of analgesics, antiepileptics, antidepressants, atypical neuroleptics.
