Imaging of the eye by spectral optical coherence tomography

摘要
in this paper applications of Spectral Optical Coherence Tomography (SOCT) in ophthalmology are presented. The ability Of SOCT to reproduce one line of the tomograms within the time shorter than 0.1 millisecond and the axial resolution of 15 micrometers allows one to perform high quality tomograms of the anterior chamber as well as fundus of the human eye in vivo. The advantages and limitations of the SOCT technique in ophthalmic applications are discussed.
