摘要
The productivity of human capital constitutes a fundamental element in the performance of organizations; however, its quality depends on the internal policies of the company to guarantee an environment that allows the integral development of its capacities. The purpose of this article is to evaluate job satisfaction in relation to the productivity of human capital in the ADMG Business Group, within the administrative area. The research is non-experimental with a mixed approach and descriptive scope, applying a survey questionnaire to a stratified random sample of 50 employees from different departments and an in-depth interview with the administrative manager. The results show the influence of job satisfaction on productivity within the company, highlighting some factors that affect the performance of employees, such as: absence of training programs, excessive working hours, work environment and lack of motivational strategies for staff. It is concluded that the Business Group must implement strategies aimed at solving the main concerns of the staff, to which they attribute effects on their performance.
