摘要：

The main purpose of defining the relevant market is to systematically identify the competitive constraints faced by economic agents. The definition of the relevant market is only a first step in the analysis of an anti-competitive practice or economic concentration, but it has, for the most part, a decisive influence on the settlement of the case.
