摘要
Modern business must be flexible and should be able to adapt easily to the rapidly changing market demands. These requirements must be supported by flexible architectural solutions for the enterprise software environment, which should be adequate to the needs of the business dynamics of development, integration, and deployment of applications. Service-oriented architecture (SOA) enables flexibility in the enterprise. The adoption of the service-oriented architecture in an organization will ensure rapid integration of distributed components services in a single system to support an organization's business processes. When designing a service-oriented information system, the problem of evaluation, selection, and composition of suitable web services, that meet user requirements, is solved. The complexity of the problem of integration of heterogeneous software components is overcome through the use of composite services. The processes of evaluation and selection of composite services that automate specific business processes are considered as a problem of decision making under uncertainty and is solved using fuzzy logic. Fuzzy modeling of composite services provides the effective decision support mechanism for selecting the most high-quality software components from different developers, with the required functionality and quality. The use of fuzzy approach allows the system developers to model complex systems with imprecise information dealing with the quality of web services.
