This paper attempts to discuss issues pertinent to the Clustering growth mechanisms of small and medium high-tech enterprises. Clustering brings Small and medium high-tech enterprises a series of benefits which including regionalization of industry; industry relevancy; exterior efficiency; knowledge creations and sharing; convenience of innovation. Therefore, Small and medium High-tech enterprises should conform to the trend of clustering growth, take advantage of it and evade its disadvantages in order to achieve long term sustainable growth.
