摘要
In this chapter, the performances of the single-wall carbon nanotube (SWCNT) based transparent and conductive films (TCFs) are investigated through optimizing several key fabrication conditions. We find that, with the SWCNT suspension centrifuged at 10000 rpm and glass substrate treated with APTES, soft-baking at 105 degrees C, hard-baking at 300 degrees C, HNO3 acid and PEDOT post treatments efficiently improve the conductivity and transmittance of the SWCNT-based TCFs.
