摘要
This paper deals with the modification of the use of Balanced Scorecard for SMEs in the area of harmonization between the deployment of information systems and information technologies and business objectives. The starting point is the success of BSC deployment in the area of information technologies in the form of IT BSC. The modification of use is also based on the specifics of the target group of companies. The present procedure was motivated by the awareness of the interconnection between business and IS/IT and the need for their maximum utilization. At the same time, it is necessary to define key metrics to assess the situation and further development.
