摘要
The paper deals with the application of knowledge based models of design process for the transformation of traditional design procedure into a concurrent one. There are proposed several techniques based on knowledge-level model of design process. The knowledge level models are the models of configuration or parametric design. The techniques are either reduction of iteration cycles, increasing the simultaneously executable parts or directly the application of operationalized knowledge-level models. There are described real examples for each such approach.
