摘要：

The cultivation, attraction and retention of original innovation talents are the primary task of advancing economic development and promoting comprehensive national capability. According to the demand characteristic, rights and interests safeguards of original innovation talents, this paper deeply discusses some problems about the cultivation, attraction, retention, and the building of moral and ability. And then the paper puts forward some suggestions about our mechanism and system of original talents.
