Risk Management Strategy in Industrial Accidents

In this work risk management strategy in industrial accidents is introduced. The risk management problem of occurrence of an accident situation in given object is considered as two optimization strategic problems - to maximize the reliability of the installations and to minimize the vulnerability of the installations. The risk management is considered as matrix game with two players depending on probabilities of increasing/non-increasing the reliability and probabilities of decreasing/non-decreasing the vulnerability of the installations with respective costs. The conclusion is made.
