摘要
The analysis and catagorization of the transition between localization and delocalization in ligand-bridged, mixed-valence molecules were discussed. Transition metal complexes were used. Results showed that the molecules reveal the extraordinarily subtle nuances that can be displayed by real mixed-valence molecules in the localized-to-delocalized transition. A new class of mixed-valence molecules were also found.
