URBAN ECOSYSTEM HEALTH ASSESSMENT INSIDE XI'AN BY MULTIVARIATE DATA

摘要
It is very significant to conduct the research on urban ecosystem health assessment to understand the health level of a city and guide its planning and management. According to the remote sensing images and statistical yearbooks of Xi'an for the years of 2005, 2009 and 2013, we build urban ecosystem health evaluation index system from the natural, social and economic aspects, apply the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method and evaluate the state of urban ecosystem health inside Xi'an belt expressway in time sequence. The conclusion is that the urban ecosystem of Xi'an is at the state of unhealthy in 2005 (the score is 2.23) and 2009 (the score is 2.50), and it reaches at the subhealthy state in 2013 (the score is 2.77), which means the urban ecosystem tends to grow healthier and healthier.
