Analysis on Successful Factors of Operation and Management in German Tourist Enterprise and Used for Reference: Studiosus Case Study

摘要
In comparison with operation and management of tourist enterprises in western countries, there still exists big difference in travel agency of China. In order to adapt to the change of market environment, and to master international competition skill, Chinese travel agency must enhance management and improve competitiveness. To learn successful experience from tourism-developed countries would be a shortcut. The paper took a German tourist enterprise, Studiosus Reisen MUnchen GmbH as an example and analyzed the internal elements of its advantages and success in operation and management. With doing this, it provides reference for Chinese travel agency to promote its competitiveness in international market from the fields of market localization, product quality, high-efficient management and harmonious enterprise culture establishment.
